1. Order Processing

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Cut-off Time
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Dispatch Time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: Free shipping across the Europe.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
